Now live: a Hermès Birkin Sellier 35 in Sunrise Rainbow Epsom with palladium hardware, unworn, full set with the original receipt. Built from multiple panels of Epsom, each a different warm tone, it creates a graduated spectrum of coral, orange, rose, yellow and red across the bag. Among the most technically demanding Birkins Hermès produces.
A Rainbow Birkin is not dyed. The gradient is constructed panel by panel from separately colored leathers, cut, aligned and stitched in sequence so the colors read as one continuous field. It depends entirely on precise color selection and alignment at the bench.
The Sunrise variant works through the warm end of the spectrum, and Epsom is the right leather for it: its tight grain holds saturated color and keeps each seam crisp. Sellier construction, with exterior stitching and a firm frame, gives the colorway clean architecture.
The 35 matters too. Its larger panels give the sequence room to develop fully, which is why this format shows the Rainbow at its best.
Taken out of the box only for photographs and never worn, with protective plastic in place. Complete with box, dust bag, shoulder strap, pochette and the original store receipt.
